- The conept of Leninism, and Lenin's ideas about communism
- Marx's views of the stages in history that would lead to the communist revolutio
- Reasons why people at the time would consider revolting - the state of the peasant/working class(you may use points week 2 homework)
- Reforms designed to placate the masses
- The growth in opposition to tsarism.
- 1905 Bloody Sunday Massacre
- Tsarist actions against agitators, eg. The People's Will
